As there have been no comments or objections on the fragmenting I have updated the spec now with a fragment data preamble.

We have got MSEX 1.2 and fragmented JPG/PNG streaming implemented for the next version of Capture now. If anyone wants a beta for integration tests, just let me know.

You can simply download Capture Nexum as this is long in beta.
