Is there an official logo for CITP? We'd like to use an icon in our app to graphically indicate a CITP connection. The one at the top of the Spec Doc PDF would be fine if I could get a clean copy of it.

No, I'm afraid there's no official logo. I also don't think anybody uses that logo in the top left corner so chances of anybody recognizing it will be very slim. I would recommend showing a symbol that represents what you're actually connected to instead - a media server, visualiser or console!
